Employee System Coordination (m/w/d)

Stellenbeschreibung:

• Within the landscape of trading, order routing, and position-keeping systems used in the Treasury/Brokerage environment, you will take primary responsibility for the support and oversight of the front-office platform Murex (MX.3).
• You will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the system in line with the segment's target architecture, ensuring efficient management of interest-rate and liquidity risks as well as the bank's securities positions. You will coordinate new requirements and proactively propose your own ideas for improvements.
• Acting on behalf of Treasury/Brokerage, you will serve as the key point of contact for external system providers and as the main interface to the Organisation/IT/Administration teams.
• You will support the further development of the segment's system architecture and assist in the introduction and integration of new products.
• You will drive the digitalisation and automation of processes within the segment and act as the central contact person for internal interface development.
• You will take ownership of analysing, defining, and structuring business requirements and project goals, implementing them in both departmental and cross-functional project environments.
• You will provide high-quality service and operational support to all employees within the segment.

Anforderungsprofil:

• You have successfully completed a degree in business informatics, mathematics, or a comparable field of study.
• You bring at least three years of professional experience in a similar role within the financial industry, ideally in application support or project-related functions.
• You possess a foundational understanding of financial instruments and have a genuine interest in financial markets and capital markets.
• You are comfortable working with large datasets and use tools such as VBA, SQL, or other programming languages to efficiently prepare and analyse data.
• Ideally, you already have hands-on experience with treasury-related software applications such as Murex (MX.3), Bloomberg, Olympic, or similar trading system
• You demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and enjoy working in a structured, solution-oriented, and customer-focused manner.
• You combine assertiveness with a strong service mindset, reliability, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• You are fluent in German and have a good command of English, and you are proficient in using MS Office applications.
