Your tasks:

  • In this senior, highly autonomous role, you will expand our network and proactively identify potential new clients. 
  • You will visit clients and prospects on-site to strengthen relationships and explore business opportunities. 
  • You will present our full range of financial services solutions to prospective clients and key partners, including service providers, advisors, and strategic partners. 
  • You will quickly assess client needs and translate them—together with the project management and onboarding teams—into strategic, innovative service solutions. 
  • You will independently develop ideas to enhance our product offering and prepare pricing models, product analyses, competitive assessments, and business cases in close collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders. 
  • You will work toward defined targets and take pride in exceeding them.

Your profile:

  • You have completed a formal banking apprenticeship combined with relevant additional professional qualifications or you hold a degree in business, economics, or law. 
  • You bring several years of experience in sales or key account management within fund services or a comparable financial services environment, ideally in roles related to fund management, administration, or oversight. Experience in operational areas of asset servicing is considered an advantage. 
  • You demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills: you are able to set clear priorities, establish direction, build strong networks, motivate others, and develop long-term partnerships—even at senior levels within an organisation. 
  • You are fluent in German and have a solid command of English.
