The company is an internationally active financial services provider with a strong focus on alternative investment fund administration. The organisation operates in a global setup and serves a diverse, international client base from multiple locations.


Your tasks:

  • Prepare regular reports to fund boards, attend fund board meetings and present RC reports as the appointed RC of the funds 
  • Perform regular sample testing of the funds’ AML/CFT frameworks (including reviews of service providers performing KYC on assets or investors), discuss findings with key stakeholders, and report results to the boards; 
  • Prepare and perform regulatory required filings and act as contact person for CSSF/AED on behalf of the funds; 
  • Ensure that relevant statutory authorities (esp. FIU) are informed of suspicious activities on a t imely basis; 
  • Act as a key escalation point for AML/CFT matters and keep boards and senior stakeholders informed about regulatory developments; 
  • Advise fund boards, senior management, and internal teams on AML/CFT-related topics; 
  • Support the companys Compliance and RC functions.

Your profile:

  • University degree in business or law; 
  • At least 5 years of professional working experience with AML/CFT and within the Luxembourg fund industry; 
  • Eligibility for approval from the CSSF to act as Responsable du contrôle of Funds. Previous experience as an RC is an advantage; 
  • Solid knowledge of Luxembourg AML and other applicable regulatory requirements; 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and advanced functions; programming skills (e.g. VBA) are an asset; 
  • Excellent command of English is required. Knowledge of German is highly desirable; 
  • Ability to perform efficiently and precisely under pressure with minimal supervision; 
  • Excellent communicator with analytical ability, attention to detail, and a critical mindset.
